Description

  • Lead corporate governance workflows, including maintaining the entity database and supporting global filings so entities remain in good standing.
  • Manage and administer company-wide board and entity management platforms, including Diligent, to keep corporate records, files, and minute books audit-ready and compliant.
  • Assist with the formation or integration of new entities.
  • Provide day-to-day operational support for the Ironclad platform and contract templates.
  • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams and special projects across different legal functions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional tasks and help ensure regulatory deadlines are met.
  • Help enforce legal processes and policies to improve workflows and departmental efficiency.
  • Support the development and maintenance of internal resources, including training materials on corporate governance and legal topics.
  • Maintain and manage company-wide legal and insurance records in compliance with company policies and external regulations.
  • Collaborate with legal team members and company stakeholders to complete projects and meet deadlines.

Requirements

  • Excellent proficiency with Google Workspace and database management.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with Diligent for Boards or Entities, or similar corporate tracking tools.
  • Conscientious, adaptable, collaborative, creative, curious, and humble.
  • Strong communication skills for handling sensitive information with discretion and precision.
  • Bonus consideration for prior exposure to or strong interest in FinTech, financial services, or cryptocurrency.
  • Interest in or experience with Notion.
  • Alignment with Anchorage Digital’s core values.
