Description

  • Drive resolution of support tickets across enterprise systems such as Google Workspace, Slack, and internal tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues by diagnosing root causes and implementing solutions.
  • Create user-friendly and AI-friendly documentation and knowledge base articles for IT resources.
  • Manage light automation projects and system configuration tasks that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual work.
  • Collaborate with engineers on automation initiatives, audit requests, and system improvements.
  • Provide frontline insight into user pain points to help shape process and system improvements.
  • Deliver audit evidence and system documentation to support CISO team compliance requirements.
  • Communicate with empathy and patience to understand technical problems and their business impact.
  • Contribute to process improvements that make IT support more efficient and user-friendly.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve user issues independently.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Kandji, or similar SaaS platforms.
  • Initiative to identify and implement process improvements through documentation, lightweight automation, or workflow optimization.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize competing requests, and stay composed during high-volume periods.
  • Experience with Jira, Linear, or other ticketing systems, including basic workflow configuration, preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for documentation creation or user support, preferred.
  • Basic scripting knowledge in Python or JavaScript, or experience with no-code automation platforms, preferred.
  • Knowledge of MDM platforms such as Jamf or Kandji, hardware provisioning, or physical office IT setup, preferred.
  • Previous work in fintech, crypto, or highly regulated industries, preferred.
