Description

  • Implement and support infrastructure technologies including Microsoft Azure, VMware, and networking systems.
  • Execute migrations from on-premises platforms to cloud infrastructure.
  • Manage enterprise support requests for clients using Kraft Kennedy’s managed services.
  • Perform planned evening and weekend maintenance tasks when needed.
  • Participate in a weekly on-call rotation for after-hours support.
  • Escalate complex client issues to internal or external resources in a timely manner.
  • Provide on-site support as necessary.

Requirements

  • Microsoft Azure infrastructure experience with a strong focus on Azure networking, including firewalls, site-to-site VPNs, load balancing, private endpoints, traffic managers, and application gateways.
  • Experience with networking technologies such as Cisco, Palo Alto, and Meraki.
  • Experience with Active Directory and Entra ID.
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2016 and higher.
  • Proficiency with PowerShell.
  • Experience working in a technology support organization.
  • Experience with additional Microsoft 365 products such as Intune and OneDrive for Business is preferred.
  • Experience with VMware is preferred.
  • Experience with Citrix is preferred.
  • Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop is preferred.
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or related technical certifications is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of IT experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a high degree of accuracy and follow-up.
  • Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Must live in Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Vermont, DC, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Ohio, or Washington to be considered for the remote role.
