Description

  • Manage operational tasks for institutional clients and execute transaction reviews and approvals.
  • Process client cash deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, primarily via ACH.
  • Perform timely and accurate reconciliation of cash accounts.
  • Investigate and resolve operational inquiries and issues related to cash transactions.
  • Ensure all processes follow established procedures, internal controls, and relevant regulations.
  • Maintain working knowledge of Reg E, Dodd-Frank rules, and AML requirements.
  • Collaborate with Client Experience, Sales, Compliance, Product, and other internal teams on complex client requests.
  • Contribute to process improvements, internal presentations, reporting, and new operational initiatives.
  • Identify and escalate risks to management when issues affect clients or the organization.
  • Communicate work status, issues, and solutions clearly with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in banking operations, with a focus on ACH processing (domestic/international).
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions.
  • Experience supporting institutional client operations in financial services or another heavily regulated industry.
  • Knowledge of payment systems and familiarity with U.S. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements.
  • Understanding of financial regulations, specifically Reg E and Dodd-Frank rules.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly as business strategies evolve and new products are introduced.
  • Ability to navigate and learn systems and tools such as Salesforce, JIRA, and Looker.
  • Preferred: working knowledge of SWIFT, NACHA certifications, or wire callback experience.
