Description

  • Run the daily NYSE Open livestream and manage live production from pre-show through broadcast wrap-up.
  • Switch scenes, trigger graphics, and manage audio levels in real time during the live show.
  • Bring in remote hosts and guests using VDO.Ninja or similar tools with low latency and broadcast-quality output.
  • Optimize OBS scene collections, stinger transitions, and NDI/audio routing for a smooth stream.
  • Cut and edit post-show best-of segments and Shorts immediately after the livestream.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues quickly during volatile market moments.
  • Coordinate the technical setup for complex remote guest and multi-source broadcasts.
  • Maintain a high-quality live production experience for an audience of 40,000+ traders.

Requirements

  • 20-25 hours per week in a part-time contract role.
  • Experience using OBS, including nested scenes, source mirrors, stream decks, and plugins.
  • Deep experience with VDO.Ninja, vMix Call, ZoomISO, or similar remote guest tools.
  • Understanding of mix-minus, bandwidth management, and remote guest production workflows.
  • Familiarity with virtual audio cables such as Voicemeeter or Loopback.
  • Ability to manage complex PC audio and communication tools like Discord or Slack without feedback loops.
  • Calm under pressure and able to troubleshoot feed or production issues in real time.
  • Portfolio or VOD link demonstrating a technically directed live broadcast.
  • US-based remote work for the Americas time zone.
  • Experience with live fintech, media, or broadcast production is preferred.
