Description

  • Lead technical design and architecture decisions for complex, scalable systems.
  • Drive engineering best practices, coding standards, and development processes across the team.
  • Design and implement scalable web applications using modern .NET and Vue.js, React.js, or Angular.js.
  • Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and lead complex technical projects from conception to delivery.
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
  • Design, deploy, and maintain scalable applications on Azure.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers and lead code reviews.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product management, and design teams to deliver technical solutions.
  • Lead automated testing strategy, CI/CD pipeline development, and Agile/Scrum practices.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and champion performance and scalability improvements.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional software development experience with demonstrated technical leadership.
  • Expert-level proficiency in modern .NET web and API development.
  • Strong experience with modern UI frameworks such as Vue.js, React, or Angular.
  • Extensive experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
  • Advanced proficiency in database design and development with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar.
  • Experience building and maintaining microservices architectures at scale.
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
  • Strong background in API design and development, including REST, JSON, and GraphQL.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks, test-driven development, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code.
  • Proven ability to lead technical projects, cross-functional initiatives, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred: Experience with performance optimization, monitoring tools such as Application Insights or Grafana, secure coding principles, capacity planning, startup or high-growth environments, open source contributions, and architecture documentation.
