Description

Develop and facilitate onboarding, cross-training, upskilling, leadership development, and business-change training in person and online.
Design, update, and oversee curricula, learning materials, procedures, tools, and assessments across multiple media.
Analyze learner needs, knowledge and performance gaps, behavioral changes, and operational training requests.
Collaborate with stakeholders and operations teams to identify business needs, develop solutions, and ensure training accuracy.
Create training metrics aligned with operational KPIs and evaluate training effectiveness using performance data and feedback.
Architect new training programs and lead project teams responsible for curriculum development and delivery.
Identify, evaluate, and implement technology-enabled learning solutions, including e-learning tools and systems.
Provide expert guidance on instructional practices, adult learning methods, compliance, and business process improvement.

Requirements

5+ years of instructional design experience.
5+ years of in-person training, webinar training, and coaching experience, including presenting to leaders.
Advanced proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Canva, Slack, and Google Workspace.
Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, and data storytelling skills.
Education or demonstrated knowledge in learning theory, adult learning principles, and learning design.
Ability to identify unconventional approaches to analyzing and using data.
Ability to travel 25% of the time.
LMS administration experience preferred.
Video creation and editing experience preferred.
Commitment to ethical standards and conduct.

Benefits

Annual salary of $83,000–$93,000 USD.
Primarily remote work environment.
