Description

Lead business analysis and process improvement initiatives supporting customer service and sales activities.
Drive projects aimed at improving airline customer satisfaction and overall customer experience.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across multiple business functions.
Translate business needs and objectives into actionable recommendations and business solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational improvements and efficiency opportunities.
Support data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking for business decision-making.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and discussions to align goals and requirements.
Monitor project progress and support successful implementation of business improvement initiatives.
Create and maintain documentation such as business requirements, process maps, project updates, and reporting materials.
Support communication and coordination among business teams and key stakeholders.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Business Analyst leading business improvement and process optimization initiatives.
Experience managing and coordinating activities across cross-functional teams and stakeholder groups.
Strong data management, analysis, and reporting skills.
Ability to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and develop practical business solutions.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical capabilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at various levels.
Experience supporting customer service, customer experience, sales operations, or related business functions is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Skywise (Palantir Foundry), AI initiatives, analytics platforms, or similar technologies is a strong plus.
Candidates who qualify as U.S. Persons are preferred due to potential involvement with U.S. aerospace programs and export-controlled environments.
