Description

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional programs spanning hardware, software, and integration.
  • Drive execution across scope, timing, cost, quality, and features.
  • Develop and maintain L1–L3 project plans, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Break program scope into streams, epics, and deliverables in tools such as Jira.
  • Monitor the critical path, deviations, and delivery risks.
  • Lead collaboration across engineering, testing, purchasing, product, system architecture, and supplier stakeholders.
  • Define, balance, and secure requirements from multiple stakeholders.
  • Manage scope changes, concept decisions, and technical trade-offs.
  • Consolidate cost estimates, track budget performance, and secure resource allocation.
  • Maintain risk registers, drive mitigation actions, and prepare gate review and executive reporting.

Requirements

  • Experience leading cross-functional product development or project delivery in an automotive or software-defined vehicle environment.
  • Knowledge of the automotive development lifecycle, including integration, verification and validation, and system architecture.
  • Functional safety knowledge; ISO 26262 is a strong plus.
  • Strong planning, structuring, and execution capability.
  • Experience managing stakeholders across global organizations.
  • Ability to structure complexity, drive decision-making, and lead in ambiguous environments.
  • Strong communication and influence skills without formal authority.
  • Ability to anticipate risks and solve problems proactively.
  • Experience using Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint for project coordination and reporting.
  • Pre-employment drug screening required as a condition of hire.
