Description

  • Coordinate general and phase-based project and program scheduling to maintain timing consistency during execution.
  • Create and manage bulletins and bulletin responses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop governance decks for product action requests.
  • Track and ensure labor, validation, and prototype financial targets are achieved.
  • Facilitate PMT and program review meetings.
  • Manage the vehicle build plan and delivery to support vehicle validation requirements.
  • Manage the commercial launch plan, including volumes and dates, with brands, plants, and the purchasing department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or Business from an ABET-accredited university, or equivalent education and relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of automotive industry experience at an OEM or large tier 1 supplier.
  • Experience in product development engineering, program management, finance, accounting, or quality.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Strong written and presentation skills.
  • Advanced to expert proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to interface with all levels of management.
  • Must be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and a self-directed process thinker.
  • Preferred: full program life-cycle experience.
  • Preferred: understanding of client PDP.
  • Preferred: launch experience.
  • Preferred: understanding of manufacturing process fundamentals.
  • Preferred: ability to quickly learn proprietary software.
  • Preferred: advanced ability to manipulate, interpret, compare, and analyze large datasets and financials.
