Description

  • Create, maintain, and organize program documentation such as SOPs, job aides, FAQs, and control documents.
  • Submit and track development tickets and follow up on enhancements and fixes to ensure timely completion.
  • Support testing of system or process updates to confirm functionality and business requirements are met.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews of member notices, invoices, and other communications for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Track deliverables, timelines, and service level agreements to support timely client reporting and program outputs.
  • Monitor program activities and escalate issues, risks, or discrepancies, while assisting with issue tracking and remediation.
  • Coordinate internal and client meetings and maintain agendas, notes, and action item tracking.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in operations, program coordination, healthcare administration, or a related role.
  • Experience in Medicare, PBM, or managed care is preferred.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in documentation, tracking, and quality review.
  • Experience managing multiple workstreams, including meeting coordination, task tracking, and deliverable management in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems, project tracking tools, or workflow management platforms.
  • Experience supporting testing, quality assurance, or validation activities for operational processes, systems, or communications is preferred.
  • Exposure to healthcare regulatory or compliance environments such as CMS, Medicare, notices, or audits is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for documenting outcomes, summarizing issues, and collaborating across teams and with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing competing priorities.

  • Competitive base salary range of $69,200-$109,000 USD for remote US candidates.
  • New York, NY salary range of $87,000-$109,000 USD.
  • Denver, CO salary range of $80,000-$100,000 USD.
