Description

  • Research, architect, and pioneer solutions for extracting intelligent insights from large-scale unstructured content and multimedia files.
  • Serve as the chief technical authority for AI innovation within the content portfolio.
  • Evaluate and prototype cutting-edge approaches using Large Language Models, Computer Vision, and related techniques.
  • Design and build scalable, cost-effective AI services and data processing pipelines for high-volume document processing.
  • Develop production systems that handle LLM latency, variance, prompt engineering, and fault tolerance reliably.
  • Lead technical direction on document ingestion, classification, entity extraction, image search, and related capabilities.
  • Mentor engineers and act as a thought leader across the engineering organization.
  • Drive mission-critical initiatives from concept to production.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional software engineering experience building complex, data-intensive backend systems.
  • 5+ years of experience building and scaling production-grade services with modern backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, Spring Boot, or similar.
  • Strong experience designing large-scale distributed systems.
  • Knowledge of asynchronous patterns, streaming, queuing, caching strategies, and observability practices including logging, metrics, and tracing.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and influence engineering direction across teams without direct authority.
  • Hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of AI/ML models, from experimentation and prototyping to deployment, monitoring, and iteration in a high-volume cloud environment, preferred.
  • Experience with DevOps and MLOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and automated testing frameworks, preferred.
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes, preferred.
