Description

  • Own the Events & Transcripts content data pipeline, including tool development for content collection, production, and integration.
  • Define and refine business requirements, sourcing approaches, methodologies, policies, and data integrity processes.
  • Refine collection and deduplication tools and techniques in close collaboration with engineering.
  • Help optimize implementation costs, automation opportunities, and delivery timelines across the content operation.
  • Participate in team meetings and performance reviews to assess progress, address challenges, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to the launch of Events & Transcripts content, including announcements, marketing collateral, documentation, and user training.
  • Serve as an escalation point for data integrity and methodology issues.
  • Track industry and competitive trends and deliver competitive intelligence to inform product vision and market positioning.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in content strategy or operations related to financial data.
  • At least 5 years of product management experience.
  • Strong preference for experience in events and transcripts data curation.
  • Expertise in investment research and analysis, including firsthand knowledge of transcripts usage in the investment industry.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated success delivering content and related functionality from requirements gathering through release using iterative/agile development methodologies.
  • Strong ability to set priorities, stay focused, and meet deadlines.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel and proficiency with a database query language such as SQL.
  • Master’s in Commerce or a business degree with a strong academic record.
  • Chartered Accountant or Chartered Financial Analyst certification is a significant plus.
