Description

  • Deliver timely, high-quality customer support and resolve customer queries and issues.
  • Act as the first point of contact and advocate for customers globally.
  • Guide customers through product features and functionality to help them get the most value from the platform.
  • Investigate, diagnose, and troubleshoot issues received via email and live chat.
  • Lead support calls with customers as needed.
  • Escalate tickets to the appropriate internal teams and maintain ownership of the customer update process until resolution.
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across global teams.
  • Continuously build product expertise by learning new features and staying current on the platform.
  • Identify opportunities to improve support content and contribute to knowledge base articles, tutorials, and documentation.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a client support or product support role.
  • Experience in a client-facing role with an intelligent, articulate, consultative, and confident approach.
  • Customer-first mindset and ability to work through complex problems to find solutions.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex issues in simple terms.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional working relationships and work effectively on a team.
  • Curious, proactive, and adaptable, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize rigorously and work well under pressure.
  • Interest in AI, technology, and software applications.
