Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for billing and collections email inquiries and internal requests.
  • Manage the combined Billing & Collections email queue within a 24-business-hour SLA.
  • Escalate unresolved issues promptly and route cases to the appropriate internal team member.
  • Complete banking forms and financial documentation such as W-9s, tax certificates, and related client requests.
  • Resubmit invoices through the billing system or vendor portals when billing information changes after sale or renewal.
  • Own the vendor onboarding process for AlphaSense and its clients.
  • Review, validate, and maintain vendor records, legal names, tax IDs, addresses, and contact details.
  • Create and maintain vendors in procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Coupa, Tungsten, Ramp, and Wise.
  • Perform bank verification, TIN validation, and other high-importance confirmations.
  • Review contracts and SFDC data, audit sales orders and invoices, and ensure compliant and accurate client delivery.
  • Resolve simple billing issues independently and flag complex cases for audit or management review.
  • Support accounts receivable records, reconciliations, billing system maintenance, invoicing, and month-end close activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in BCom, MCom, BBA, or MBA in Finance.
  • 1+ years of experience in AR, O2C, collections, revenue recognition, reconciliation, or email queue/case management.
  • Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite preferred.
  • Experience with Maxio and Sage Intacct preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel is encouraged.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
  • Ability to work in NY/EST hours, specifically 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. IST.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
