Description

  • Own growth outcomes across a portfolio of clients, including expert call volume, user adoption, and overall engagement.
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies to identify whitespace, new use cases, and expansion opportunities.
  • Proactively engage clients to uncover unmet needs and introduce new ways to leverage the platform.
  • Reactivate dormant users and stalled accounts while creating urgency around underutilized opportunities.
  • Build senior-level client relationships and influence key stakeholders through strategic conversations.
  • Translate client objectives into actionable research strategies and guide Analysts on priority execution.
  • Identify upsell opportunities by connecting client needs to broader platform capabilities.
  • Partner cross-functionally to remove friction, accelerate execution, and unlock growth across accounts.
  • Lead regular business reviews focused on performance and future expansion strategy.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in client-facing, account management, operational, or consultative roles with a track record of driving client growth and engagement.
  • Strong commercial instincts and a proactive, persistent "hunter" mindset.
  • Experience working with, operating in, or selling into institutional investors, private equity, hedge funds, banks, or broader financial services is a strong plus.
  • Ability to think strategically and connect client needs to scalable portfolio opportunities.
  • Comfort operating with ambiguity and strong ownership.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive action.
  • Collaborative but assertive approach with the ability to partner cross-functionally while pushing for outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Benefits

  • Total cash compensation of $90,000 - $108,000.
  • Base salary of $75,000 - $90,000.
  • 20% bonus opportunity.
