Description

  • Lead end-to-end program management for the consumption pricing transformation across Sales, Finance, Product, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Drive the evolution of GTM systems and architecture, including CPQ, CRM, billing, and ERP integrations for usage-based pricing.
  • Redesign core revenue processes such as quoting, forecasting, segmentation, and compensation to support a consumption-driven model.
  • Partner with Data and Revenue Intelligence teams to build scalable frameworks for usage tracking, forecasting, and performance measurement.
  • Establish program governance, executive reporting, and cross-functional operating cadences to manage milestones and risks.
  • Align senior stakeholders on strategy, implementation plans, and enterprise-wide execution.
  • Orchestrate the systems, data, and cross-functional processes required to launch and scale the new commercial model.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in high-growth SaaS or AI organizations.
  • Direct experience with pricing model evolution from seat-based to consumption-based or usage-based pricing.
  • Understanding of SKU architecture, credit unit design, contract structure, revenue recognition treatment, GTM roles and compensation, and expansion motion redesign.
  • Deep familiarity with GTM and financial systems such as Salesforce, CPQ, billing platforms, and ERP.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels in ambiguous environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to build alignment without direct authority.
  • Experience delivering enterprise-scale initiatives.
  • Background working across data, systems, and revenue lifecycle processes.
