Description

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior and mid-level management.
  • Lead change management initiatives and act as a change agent within the company.
  • Identify and address process gaps and automate workflows where possible.
  • Serve as the point of contact for OKR-related questions and tool support.
  • Coordinate and manage company-wide OKR planning cycles.
  • Support teams in setting aligned, measurable goals and ensure timely submission.
  • Facilitate planning meetings and alignment sessions.
  • Maintain planning tools, templates, and knowledge bases.
  • Monitor progress and ensure regular reporting and result validation.
  • Develop dashboards, executive reporting views, and automation workflows to reduce manual work.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in operations, project management, or a related field, preferably in software development, technology, or data-related industries.
  • Strong practical experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar planning and tracking platforms.
  • Jira administration experience.
  • Familiarity with OKRs or other structured goal-setting frameworks.
  • Experience working in high-scale environments with 1,000+ people.
  • Ability to coordinate complex workflows involving multiple teams and timelines.
  • Clear, structured verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different organizational levels.
  • Experience designing and improving business processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and change leadership capabilities.
  • Experience integrating AI tools is a plus.
  • Experience in iGaming or betting is a plus.
