Description

  • Own positioning, messaging, and frameworks that differentiate Expert Call Services from competing expert networks.
  • Gather and synthesize customer feedback to inform product roadmaps, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive developments and recommend updates to positioning and product direction.
  • Plan and execute awareness, call-volume, cross-sell, and expansion campaigns with marketing and revenue teams.
  • Partner with product managers on roadmap developments and strategic ECS initiatives.
  • Evaluate new go-to-market opportunities with the ECS business team as the offering evolves.
  • Create enablement resources to help customer-facing teams effectively position and sell ECS.
  • Track revenue, pipeline, and product adoption metrics and recommend performance improvements.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of product marketing experience, ideally in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Experience owning messaging, campaigns, and product launches independently.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration across marketing, enablement, product, revenue, and business teams.
  • Ability to translate market and customer insights into clear positioning and messaging.
  • Experience using customer insights to shape campaigns and go-to-market recommendations.
  • Experience owning or significantly contributing to product launches from planning through measurement.
  • Working knowledge of growth tactics and product-led growth strategies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including simplifying complex concepts.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop insights and recommendations.
  • Financial services or expert network experience, and familiarity with financial content or industry research, preferred.

  • Base salary range of $107,000–$133,000 USD.
