Description

  • Own the vision and roadmap for enterprise administration across internal and customer-facing systems.
  • Map and optimize the enterprise customer lifecycle from provisioning through renewal.
  • Build systems, workflows, and tooling that improve how enterprise accounts are configured, managed, and scaled.
  • Collaborate across user management, revenue operations, broker research, expert insights, enterprise implementation, account management, and go-to-market teams.
  • Orchestrate alignment across technology and operational teams to deliver a unified end-to-end experience.
  • Influence senior stakeholders and executives to secure prioritization and investment for cross-functional initiatives.
  • Drive initiatives from strategy through execution across complex multi-team environments.
  • Measure and improve onboarding efficiency, operational overhead, customer autonomy, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience as a senior product leader.
  • Track record of driving end-to-end, cross-functional transformation initiatives in enterprise SaaS.
  • Experience navigating complex organizational structures and aligning senior stakeholders across product, engineering, operations, and go-to-market functions.
  • Experience mapping and redesigning end-to-end workflows involving multiple systems, disparate teams, and complex edge cases.
  • Experience in enterprise lifecycle management, internal tooling, or admin experience domains.
  • Exposure to provisioning, account configuration, and customer lifecycle systems is preferred.
  • Strong systems thinking and the ability to operate in both tactical workflow details and strategic executive discussions.
  • Relentless focus on clarity, momentum, and execution in a high-growth environment.
  • User- and outcome-obsessed approach that balances operational realities with customer empowerment and experience quality.

  • Base salary range of $190,000 to $260,000 USD.
