Description

  • Partner with Account Executives to run seamless product evaluations and support new business revenue growth.
  • Conduct discovery into clients’ research workflows, pain points, and bespoke use cases.
  • Design and deliver tailored demos, workshops, whiteboard sessions, and multi-call evaluations for corporate prospects.
  • Build and expand corporate use cases as AlphaSense’s capabilities evolve.
  • Engage with decision-makers and end users across corporate functions to understand priorities and challenges.
  • Build strong client relationships and establish credibility as a domain and product expert throughout the evaluation cycle.
  • Translate client feedback into internal product and content improvement requests.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Content, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Customer Education to inform go-to-market strategy.
  • Support workflow transformation and help prospects achieve successful outcomes in the sales process.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a corporate role or supporting corporate clients in a fintech/SaaS organization.
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: Strategy, Competitive Intelligence, Corporate Development, or Investor Relations.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in a high-growth fintech/SaaS firm in sales, client success, product, or a related client-facing or research role within the Corporates industry.
  • Experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or solutions consulting is relevant.
  • Business proficiency in both French and English.
  • Strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and explain technical solutions to business audiences.
  • Comfort conducting evaluations in multiple formats, including on-site workshops, whiteboard sessions, and multi-call demos.
  • High aptitude and willingness to learn.
  • Effective attention to detail, time management, and task prioritization under pressure.
  • Ability and interest to work autonomously in a dynamic, entrepreneurial team culture.
  • Demonstrated interest in generative AI and awareness of the competitive landscape for GenAI in corporate workflows.
