Description

  • Listen to customer needs and recommend automation solutions that improve satisfaction and manufacturing profitability.
  • Quote automation and robotics projects using technical knowledge and internal tools.
  • Work with senior team members to learn and apply automation and robotics solutions, including HAAS, Fanuc, and Fanuc CRX COBOT packages.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships within the assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with Haas Automation representatives, vendors, and the Phillips 360 team.
  • Pursue machine-tending opportunities that deliver strong margins.
  • Use CRM tools to support accurate forecasting and sales management.
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of cutting-edge automation solutions.
  • Support a high level of ownership and discipline while learning the sales and technical process.

Requirements

  • Technical background in automation.
  • Sales background preferred but not required.
  • Ability to learn and use CRM tools.
  • Strong ownership and discipline.
  • Interest in robotics and machine-tending solutions.
  • Ability to work with HAAS, Fanuc, and Fanuc CRX COBOT packages.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and manufacturer representatives.
  • Strong customer-focused communication and relationship-building ability.
  • Compensation expectation of $70,000 to $80,000 annually plus commission opportunities; candidates may suggest a different range in their application.
