Description

Listen to customer needs and recommend automation solutions that improve satisfaction and manufacturing profitability.
Quote automation and robotics projects using technical knowledge and internal tools.
Work with senior team members to learn and apply automation and robotics solutions, including HAAS, Fanuc, and Fanuc CRX COBOT packages.
Build and maintain customer relationships within the assigned territory.
Collaborate with Haas Automation representatives, vendors, and the Phillips 360 team.
Pursue machine-tending opportunities that deliver strong margins.
Use CRM tools to support accurate forecasting and sales management.
Contribute to the design and delivery of cutting-edge automation solutions.
Support a high level of ownership and discipline while learning the sales and technical process.

Requirements

Technical background in automation.
Sales background preferred but not required.
Ability to learn and use CRM tools.
Strong ownership and discipline.
Interest in robotics and machine-tending solutions.
Ability to work with HAAS, Fanuc, and Fanuc CRX COBOT packages.
Ability to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and manufacturer representatives.
Strong customer-focused communication and relationship-building ability.
Compensation expectation of $70,000 to $80,000 annually plus commission opportunities; candidates may suggest a different range in their application.
