Description

  • Partner with account executives to own and run seamless product evaluations that support new business revenue growth.
  • Conduct discovery with prospective clients to understand research workflows, pain points, and bespoke use cases.
  • Build and curate Financial Services use cases as AlphaSense capabilities evolve.
  • Engage with investment professionals across seniority levels to understand challenges and build trusted relationships.
  • Deliver tailored demos, workshops, whiteboard sessions, and multi-call evaluations for prospective clients.
  • Translate client feedback into internal product and content improvement requests.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Content, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Customer Education.
  • Help define future use cases for key Financial Services personas, including Asset Management, Investment Banking, Private Equity/VC, and Hedge Funds.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a Financial Services role or supporting Financial Services clients in a fintech/SaaS organization.
  • Exposure to workflows in at least one of the following: Asset Management, Investment Banking, Private Equity/VC, or Hedge Funds.
  • Demonstrated interest in generative AI and its application to Financial Services.
  • Knowledge of the competitive landscape for GenAI in Financial Services.
  • Proven ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and explain technical solutions to business audiences.
  • Comfort running evaluations in formats such as on-site workshops, whiteboard sessions, and multi-call demos.
  • Highly articulate, consultative, and confident client-facing communication style.
  • Ability to work autonomously and drive client questions and challenges to resolution.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to distill client feedback for GTM, Product, and Content teams.
  • Relevant experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Consulting is a plus.
