Description

  • Partner with Account Executives to run seamless product evaluations and support new business sales cycles.
  • Conduct targeted discovery into client research workflows, pain points, and bespoke use cases.
  • Build and curate corporate use cases as AlphaSense capabilities evolve.
  • Run tailored demos, workshops, whiteboard sessions, and multi-call evaluations for corporate prospects.
  • Engage directly with stakeholders across levels to build rapport and guide prospects from evaluation to close.
  • Translate client feedback into product and content improvement requests internally.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Content, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Customer Education.
  • Inform go-to-market strategy and decisions through client insights and market feedback.
  • Champion the customer perspective and identify new and emerging use cases for the platform.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a corporate role or supporting corporate clients in a fintech/SaaS organization.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in a high-growth fintech/SaaS firm in sales, client success, product, or a related client-facing or research role within the Corporates industry.
  • Exposure to workflows in at least one of Strategy, Competitive Intelligence, Corporate Development, or Investor Relations.
  • Demonstrated interest in generative AI and knowledge of the competitive landscape for GenAI in corporate workflows.
  • Outstanding oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and explain technical solutions to business-oriented audiences.
  • Comfort running evaluations of varying formats and lengths, including on-site workshops, whiteboard sessions, and multi-call demos.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and task prioritization under pressure.
  • Ability and interest to work autonomously in a dynamic, entrepreneurial team culture.
  • High aptitude, willingness to learn, and a consultative, client-facing approach.
