Description

  • Partner with Account Executives to run seamless product evaluations and support new business revenue growth.
  • Conduct discovery into client research workflows and pain points to shape tailored AlphaSense use cases.
  • Develop and refine corporate use cases as AlphaSense’s capabilities evolve.
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and establish credibility as a domain and product expert.
  • Lead evaluations from inception through close, including demos, workshops, whiteboard sessions, and multi-call engagements.
  • Translate client feedback into internal product and content improvement requests.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Content, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Customer Education to inform go-to-market decisions.
  • Champion the perspective of corporate clients and help define future use cases for key personas and industries.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a corporate role or supporting corporate clients in a fintech/SaaS organization.
  • Exposure to workflows in at least one of the following areas: Strategy, Competitive Intelligence, Corporate Development, or Investor Relations.
  • Demonstrated interest in generative AI and its application in corporate workflows.
  • Knowledge of the competitive landscape for GenAI in corporate use cases.
  • Strong executive presence and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Comfort leading evaluations in multiple formats, including on-site workshops, whiteboard sessions, and multi-call demos.
  • Highly articulate, consultative client-facing communication style with the ability to explain complex issues simply.
  • Ability to work autonomously, handle client questions proactively, and drive workflow transformation.
  • Strong collaboration and influence skills across GTM, Product, and Content teams.
  • Fluency in Chinese/Mandarin and English.
