Description

  • Engage directly with end users through virtual and in-person meetings, email, and warm calling to drive platform adoption and use case mapping.
  • Monitor customer usage and deliver tailored strategies to remove barriers to feature adoption.
  • Lead onboarding and ongoing training sessions to establish strong product adoption foundations.
  • Partner with sales and account management teams to strengthen adoption and support renewals.
  • Use data, analytics, and feedback to identify risks, highlight wins, and reinforce the customer ROI case for AlphaSense.
  • Advocate for customer needs internally by collaborating with Sales, Support, Account Management, and Product teams.
  • Collect client value stories and statements to inform priorities, guide strategy, and represent the customer voice across the organization.
  • Support clients across corporate verticals such as Technology/Media/Telecom, Consumer Packaged Goods, Energy + Industrials, Professional Services, Consulting, and Life Sciences.
  • Work with a wide range of personas including Investor Relations, Corporate Strategy, Competitive Intelligence, and Corporate Development.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing SaaS role.
  • Financial services experience is a plus.
  • Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Comfort with using data to inform decisions.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • A proactive, curious, and consultative approach.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and value collaboration.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating in a cross-functional environment.

Benefits

  • Base compensation range of $80,000–$95,000 USD.
  • Performance-based bonus eligibility.
