Description

  • Research and evaluate new web-based content sources to expand the company’s content offering.
  • Identify, onboard, verify, and upload company presentations and other content from public web sources.
  • Configure and maintain web scraping jobs through an admin interface.
  • Review content processing alerts and monitor content ingestion quality.
  • Define and execute quality reports to validate content accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide third-level support for content-related inquiries and issues.
  • Escalate issues to internal teams and external content providers, and track tickets through resolution.
  • Coordinate regularly with engineering teams, product managers, and content providers to resolve issues.
  • Track content processing states, generate usage reports, and maintain request logs.
  • Create, update, and document content onboarding processes and QA/QC procedures.

Requirements

  • 0-4 years of data entry and/or data maintenance experience.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, web research ability, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Superior Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Google Suite, and basic technical concepts.
  • Ability to distill complex issues into simple terms.
  • Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
  • Ability and interest to work independently.
  • Must be able to work a late shift to support the U.S. revenue team.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience with financial information/data and analyst workflows.
  • Experience managing content aggregation processes (strong plus).
  • Experience processing company documents such as presentations, filings, press releases, and transcripts (strong plus).
  • Experience configuring web crawl jobs for structured or unstructured data sets (strong plus).
