Description

  • Research and verify journalist data to ensure highly accurate records in line with data protection rules.
  • Research and verify outlet data to maintain accurate database records.
  • Contact journalists and media outlets by phone and email when needed to confirm details and keep records current.
  • Support clients with information related to journalist data in accordance with agreed service levels.
  • Manage time efficiently to meet personal KPIs.
  • Maintain the global media database with a high degree of accuracy, detail, and utility.
  • Ensure public data is sourced appropriately and privacy obligations are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in research and/or an online customer service environment.
  • Previous experience in the media or PR industry, or previous research experience.
  • Previous database and/or media industry experience.
  • Previous experience communicating with clients in core markets.
  • Working knowledge of customs in the core markets where the researcher operates.
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Office.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
