Description

  • Manage a book of corporate customers to retain and grow accounts.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for inbound questions, outbound outreach, relationship updates, and renewal discussions.
  • Build multi-level relationships with customers and key stakeholders to strengthen account partnership.
  • Drive adoption of AlphaSense solutions across additional business units within existing clients.
  • Identify revenue at risk and work to prevent churn.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to uncover and pursue growth opportunities.
  • Forecast retention rates and track retention and revenue goals.
  • Conduct business reviews with key stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute new user onboarding and training initiatives.
  • Gather client feedback and value stories and share insights internally with product, marketing, and sales teams.

Requirements

  • Experience developing and growing relationships with Fortune 1000 clients.
  • Strong business acumen and familiarity with effective relationship management processes and tactics.
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and bring creativity and intellectual curiosity to the role.
  • Understanding of client engagement best practices in a SaaS environment.
  • Exceptional oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex issues clearly to users and C-level executives.
  • High grit, work ethic, initiative, enthusiasm, and results orientation.
  • Experience managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work across a variety of clients, industries, and verticals.
  • Subject matter expertise in account management, customer success, or a related client-facing role.
