Description

  • Lead end-to-end management company operations transformation engagements, including current-state assessments, target operating model design, technology architecture and roadmap definition, system selection, and implementation oversight.
  • Serve as the primary lead across multiple clients, ensuring delivery quality, schedule adherence, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Translate CFO-level objectives into actionable changes across operating models, processes, and technology.
  • Advise clients on scalable management company operating models across finance and accounting, expense management, budgeting and planning, treasury and cash management, and HR/payroll integrations.
  • Lead and mentor teams across advisory and technical delivery engagements.
  • Provide direction and oversight of project teams across multiple workstreams.
  • Support creation of proposals and statements of work.
  • Contribute to Alpha’s management company operations go-to-market strategy, offerings, and thought leadership.
  • Help develop and scale delivery frameworks, methodologies, and reusable assets.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant consulting experience, with a focus on management company operations, corporate finance, and the private markets industry.
  • Deep expertise in management company operations within private markets, including accounting, AP, expense management, expense allocation, treasury, budgeting and planning, human resources, and compensation.
  • Experience leading end-to-end transformation initiatives, including operating model design, system selection, and implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of leading finance and operational technologies used in private markets.
  • Proven ability to manage senior client relationships.
  • Demonstrated success leading consulting engagements and delivering complex programs.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
