Description

  • Act as the primary contact for B2B and enterprise customers throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Own onboarding, activation, expansion, and renewal for assigned customer accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction, retention, and success.
  • Manage customer escalations internally and externally with empathy and accountability.
  • Track customer progress toward goals, identify risks, and help mitigate relationship and commercial issues.
  • Collaborate with customers to forecast growth and monitor shared success metrics.
  • Drive adoption of new and existing Alpaca features among live partners.
  • Deliver QBRs and executive reports that connect customer goals to platform outcomes.
  • Represent customer needs internally across Marketing, Product, Operations, Sales, and the Broker Dealer team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to influence process improvements and roadmap priorities.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in a customer success role managing customer relationships.
  • Comfortable working EMEA hours (GST/GMT/ET) in a remote setup.
  • Understanding of SaaS and APIs or similar technology concepts.
  • FinTech experience, especially in broker-dealer businesses.
  • Exposure to both large and small companies.
  • Ability to work remotely and independently while self-managing time and obligations.
  • Flexibility to jump in where needed to support Alpaca’s growth.
  • Strong desire to learn.
  • Ability to manage customer relationships across companies of varying sizes.
  • Startup mindset for a fast-paced, high-growth environment (preferred).
  • Experience working with international B2B clients (preferred).
