Description

  • Lead projects that improve security, system reliability, release processes, developer experience, cost optimization, and observability.
  • Collaborate with engineering, IT, and People teams to solve infrastructure, CI pipeline, application, endpoint, AI workload, and enterprise security issues.
  • Lead and implement infrastructure-as-code and compliance initiatives.
  • Participate in security reviews of third-party vendors and services.
  • Refine tools, workflows, and AI usage to improve developer experience.
  • Contribute to the on-call rotation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience managing production workloads in containerized environments.
  • 5+ years of experience with AWS implementations via Infrastructure as Code, with strong emphasis on security best practices.
  • Proficiency with Docker and a container orchestration platform such as Kubernetes or ECS.
  • Experience with web proxy technologies such as NGINX.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Go, or Ruby.
  • Solid understanding of relational databases.
  • Familiarity with SDLC and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with monitoring, logging, and metrics tools such as Datadog, NewRelic, or CloudWatch.
  • High self-motivation, strong ownership, and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve problems proactively.
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (preferred).
  • Familiarity with compliance processes (preferred).
