Description

  • Lead projects and client engagements for high-value, complex opportunities.
  • Analyze corporate performance and identify drivers of cost reduction, revenue growth, and profitability improvement.
  • Structure and lead client engagements to deliver measurable outcomes and hard dollar savings.
  • Develop and build business within areas of expertise through proposal development and client relationship growth.
  • Work with executive stakeholders to define, communicate, and drive change.
  • Create and apply new tools, methodologies, and approaches to solve complex problems.
  • Plan for and mitigate risks across projects and workstreams.
  • Prepare client-ready documents, presentations, and communications.
  • Use data modeling and analysis to quickly identify anomalies, insights, and solutions.
  • Collaborate across teams in a fast-paced, high-energy consulting environment.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of business experience or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of related consulting experience in a professional services firm preferred.
  • Deep expertise in one or more industry or service areas such as supply chain, profitability, logistics, procurement, revenue growth, retail, manufacturing, consumer, process industries, aerospace, high tech, business services, restaurant, automotive, private equity, financial services, or life sciences.
  • Proven track record of leading client engagements and delivering hard dollar savings that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Strong executive-level communication, influencing, and change leadership skills.
  • Master negotiator with experience in complex and sophisticated negotiations.
  • Ability to synthesize information quickly, think strategically, and adapt approach as needed.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or foreign equivalent; master’s degree and/or certification in a related specialty preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to work outside normal U.S. business hours as needed.
  • Ability to work full time in both office and remote environments and sit/stand at a computer for significant portions of the day.

  • Salary range of $170,000/year to $400,000/year.
