Description

  • Directly manage North America-based consultants, incident response practitioners, and penetration testers.
  • Set performance expectations, provide continuous feedback, and develop individualized growth plans.
  • Oversee service delivery quality and consistency across engagements.
  • Partner with Practice Leads to monitor execution, identify quality gaps, and standardize methodologies.
  • Track team utilization, manage staffing levels, and address capacity gaps proactively.
  • Manage operational budgets, resource allocation, and financial risk escalation.
  • Establish measurable goals and maintain an ongoing performance management cadence.
  • Collaborate with regional sales leadership on service positioning, sales calls, and direct account support.
  • Resolve scheduling, task allocation, and other operational issues at the appropriate level.
  • Foster a learning culture by ensuring access to training and resources.

Requirements

  • Experience delivering or leading cybersecurity work in OT/ICS environments, such as energy, utilities, manufacturing, or oil and gas.
  • Proven track record leading and developing professional services or consulting teams.
  • Deep experience in consulting, incident response, and/or penetration testing delivery and methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish quality standards, monitor execution, and drive process improvement.
  • Experience tracking and managing operational budgets and financial accountability.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with sales organizations and understand customer journey and account dynamics.
  • Ability to create positive team environments, mentor practitioners, and drive engagement and retention.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to resolve operational challenges efficiently.
  • Experience managing geographically distributed teams or working in complex matrix organizations.
  • Background check required as a condition of employment.
