Description

  • Design and lead leadership development programs for manager, director, and emerging senior leadership levels.
  • Translate talent reviews and succession planning insights into targeted development pathways and cohort-based learning experiences.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to identify development gaps for high-potential employees and succession candidates.
  • Facilitate leadership workshops and development experiences tailored to different audiences and organizational contexts.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness using capability metrics and succession pipeline data, and improve programs based on results.
  • Lead organizational capability initiatives in areas such as communication, AI fluency, client partnership, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Anticipate emerging capability needs using workforce planning data and business strategy, and build scalable solutions.
  • Represent People and Culture on the Enterprise Training Council and contribute to governance and learning investment decisions.
  • Directly supervise, coach, and develop two learning team members.
  • Manage external vendors, facilitators, coaches, and psychometric providers, including contracting, briefing, and quality oversight.
  • Partner with senior leaders, People and Culture leadership, HR Business Partners, and Quality/Compliance stakeholders to translate talent insights into development action.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in learning and development, organizational development, or leadership development.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering leadership development programs, including facilitated and cohort-based learning experiences.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate capability data into practical recommendations.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design principles, and organizational capability assessment approaches.
  • Experience coordinating or managing external vendors, facilitators, or learning partners.
  • Working understanding of talent management processes, including succession planning, talent reviews, and high-potential development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Adult Education, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience, including people leadership and work in a regulated or complex organizational environment (preferred).
  • Master's degree in Organizational Development, Adult Education, Human Resources, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • Exposure to psychometric and 360-degree assessment tools, AI-enabled learning tools, and regulated training/quality management systems in a clinical research or similar environment (preferred).
  • Coaching skills or a coaching orientation (preferred).
