Description

  • Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including user and group management, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage platform upgrades, patches, and configuration changes to maintain security, stability, and reliability.
  • Configure and develop ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, and automations using JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with platform standards.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and integrations for service-delivery and platform-performance visibility.
  • Onboard new services and business functions to the platform through requirements gathering and workflow configuration.
  • Manage platform security, role-based access controls, data permissions, and governance practices.
  • Develop integrations with enterprise systems to support reliable data exchange.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners on enhancements and expansion initiatives.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements to platform functionality and service-management processes.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of related professional experience, including 3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow administration and configuration experience.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
  • Post-secondary certificate or diploma in a relevant discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles, processes, and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration, customization, workflow automation, reporting, security, and integrations.
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs.
  • Experience with platform administration, access management, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and contribute to cross-functional continuous-improvement initiatives.
