Description

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from intake through offer acceptance for technical and business roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies aligned with business priorities and hiring goals.
  • Source talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
  • Use AI-powered recruiting tools to build pipelines, personalize outreach, and improve sourcing efficiency.
  • Manage candidates and maintain data integrity in Greenhouse.
  • Screen and interview candidates, coordinate interview logistics, and guide applicants through each hiring stage.
  • Build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Explore new recruiting technologies, AI capabilities, and sourcing techniques to improve hiring outcomes.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the company’s culture and values.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Greenhouse applicant tracking system.
  • Strong expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing strategies for passive talent.
  • Experience incorporating AI tools such as ChatGPT, LinkedIn AI features, or sourcing assistants into recruiting workflows is strongly preferred.
  • Passion for learning and experimenting with emerging AI and recruiting technologies.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Ability to achieve hiring goals while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Strong relationship-building and influence skills for working with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Creativity and resourcefulness in solving recruiting challenges and identifying top talent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Positive, adaptable mindset with resilience in a dynamic environment.
  • Availability to work up to 20 hours per week for the next few months, with potential for extension.
