Description

  • Provide strategic oversight, guidance, and development for the Total Rewards and People Operations teams.
  • Design and operationalize company-wide compensation and benefits strategies and programs.
  • Partner with the Chief People Officer and external consultants on executive compensation strategy, design, and implementation.
  • Advise business leaders on incentive compensation programs.
  • Manage job architecture, including leveling, benchmarking, budgeting, and forecasting support.
  • Provide total rewards consultation to executive management across the organization.
  • Lead the design and management of a comprehensive total well-being strategy spanning physical, financial, and mental health programs.
  • Lead People Operations strategy and execution for critical business initiatives and overall growth and expansion.
  • Evaluate, select, and implement AI/ML technologies to automate HR processes and improve data quality and shared services efficiency.
  • Improve HR operations, compliance, and day-to-day people processes, including integration of AI tools across HR systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 10+ years of relevant operations and total rewards experience.
  • Experience managing geographically distributed teams.
  • Proven ability to lead change management and communication for major compensation and benefits transformations.
  • Track record of success leading total rewards and operations in high-growth companies.
  • Strong ability to optimize systems and processes for best practices.
  • Proficiency in setting and managing priorities based on HR systems and HR needs.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of HR systems, operations, compliance, and technology.
  • Consultative style with experience supporting and leading discussions with senior business leaders.
  • Outstanding attention to detail, project management, and operational skills.
