Description

  • Partner with business owners to define the problem space, priorities, constraints, and desired end state for patient outreach initiatives.
  • Work with data analysts, designers, engineers, internal teams, and end users to shape solution scope, implementation approach, and rollout plans.
  • Drive the development and optimization of voice outreach solutions using AI and other advanced technologies.
  • Integrate outreach solutions seamlessly into existing clinical workflows and internal call center processes.
  • Monitor key metrics and user feedback to continuously improve live workflows and product capabilities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of user and business requirements and use data to test hypotheses and validate solution decisions.
  • Write detailed user stories that include business rationale, requirements, and measurable success criteria.
  • Create short- and long-term roadmaps that maximize value while minimizing risk and supporting ongoing iteration.
  • Support teams throughout execution and ensure delivery of a high-quality product that can scale.
  • Influence both tactical implementation and strategic direction for patient outreach and operations improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in a technology, technology-enabled services, or SaaS environment.
  • Experience using data and primary research to inform solution design and build internal business understanding.
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle and software development methodologies.
  • Preferred experience working with Agile or Scrum teams.
  • Experience developing healthcare technology products.
  • Preferred experience working in call center environments and improving operational efficiency.
  • Preferred background in patient engagement programs or similar customer interaction initiatives, especially in healthcare settings.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-driven voice technologies and other advanced communication tools is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong problem-solving ability and subject matter expertise building.
  • Knowledge of healthcare administrative or clinical data sets, including demographic, financial, and clinical data, is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of healthcare administrative or clinical workflows for inpatient, ambulatory, or ancillary services is preferred.
  • Preferred experience with EHR, practice management, revenue cycle, or population health products.
  • Preferred experience with clinical quality measurement and related data sets.
  • Knowledge of SQL, ideally including PostgreSQL, is preferred.
  • Physical ability to sit for prolonged periods, use computers and keyboards extensively, and occasionally walk or lift objects.
