Description

  • Prepare month-end revenue and balance sheet reporting workbooks, including journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Post revenue journal entries and support month-end close activities.
  • Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with company policies and internal controls.
  • Assist with month-end financial statement review, variance analysis, and documentation of accounting activity.
  • Maintain accounting records for revenue recognition, including ASC 606 analysis for new revenue contracts and revenue streams.
  • Review and reconcile practices payments for ACO Flex and Financial Offers programs.
  • Support contractual review related to Financial Offers and other health plan contracts.
  • Assist with external audit requests and provide ongoing audit support.
  • Maintain detailed records of prepaids, financial offers, and bad debt allowance.

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance or Accounting and/or CPA.
  • 6+ years of work experience, preferably supporting public companies.
  • Experience preparing general ledger postings and account reconciliations.
  • 2+ years of related experience in the healthcare industry, such as a health plan, hospital, government, management consulting, or think tank.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects and interfacing with internal or external stakeholders.
  • Fluency in U.S. GAAP.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills.
  • NetSuite experience preferred.
  • Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills for calculating and distributing incentive payments.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally at various levels.
  • Ability to adapt to rapid business changes in a high-growth environment.
