Description

  • Drive high-priority initiatives as a project manager and operator embedded within the Hospital and Health Systems team.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to build an AI-first performance strategy that improves reporting and execution in value-based care.
  • Deploy project management tools such as project plans, schedules, trackers, and performance playbooks for localized initiatives.
  • Use AI tools and workflows to manage multiple priorities, mitigate risks and resource constraints, and keep deliverables on track.
  • Lead the ACO operational cadence, including strategic meetings, agendas, presentations, and action follow-up.
  • Support internal and external meetings and events, including board meetings, conferences, and market summits.
  • Maintain internal SOPs, compliance documentation, ACO board records, and practice relationship management data.
  • Serve as a bridge between centralized subject-matter experts and field teams to align execution and reduce information silos.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives, timelines, and requirements are clearly understood.
  • Provide ad hoc data visualizations in partnership with Strategy and Operations leads.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of progressive professional experience in operations, healthcare management, or value-based care/risk adjustment environments.
  • Relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of the educational requirement.
  • Proven ability to independently scope, track, and execute multiple simultaneous project workstreams.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder engagement and ability to manage up to regional executives.
  • High proficiency with Google Suite, Salesforce, and Monday.com.
  • Experience using or experimenting with AI-based platforms such as Claude Cowork or Gemini.
  • Experience with reporting or collaboration tools such as Tableau, Jira, or Miro.
  • Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel 10-25% for market retreats, headquarters alignment, and practice visits.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Deep operational understanding of Medicare Advantage, MSSP, Medicaid, and Commercial value-based care contracts preferred.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies preferred.
