Description

  • Own end-to-end contract lifecycle management for the Explorer market portfolio across multiple contract types, including ACO REACH, PC Flex, MSSP, MA, Commercial, and CCF agreements.
  • Navigate complex contract terms and provide expert guidance on eligibility issues.
  • Partner with practices to support contract onboarding, ongoing compliance, and resolution of contract-related questions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for practice-level contracting issues and escalations.
  • Identify and remove barriers to contract performance and participation in collaboration with practices.
  • Support cross-sell opportunities and practice expansion initiatives across the contract portfolio.
  • Represent the Explorer market in relevant contracting, cross-sell launch, and cross-functional meetings.
  • Collaborate with Payer Networks, SPP, Withdrawal, Legal, Growth, and other teams to improve predictability and scalability.
  • Lead process innovation efforts focused on standardization and automation within the practice service model.
  • Provide direction and guidance to Practice Transformation Specialist team members and support day-to-day contracting and rostering activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in healthcare, health technology, or information systems-related programs, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • 6+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in contract management and healthcare operations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • 2-3 years of management experience or mentorship experience preferred.
  • Project management certification or demonstrated project management competency preferred.
  • Experience with ACO models and value-based care contracts preferred.
  • Healthcare practice management experience preferred.
  • Data analysis and process improvement skills preferred.
