Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between HQ and partner practices.
  • Implement products and execute ACO initiatives under Market Leadership direction.
  • Support wellness visits, transitions of care, and active patient management.
  • Help practices meet goals defined in Practice Transformation Plans.
  • Train office staff, physicians, and providers on processes and technologies.
  • Provide ongoing assessment of training needs for practices and staff.
  • Build and maintain relationships with physicians, providers, and healthcare system executives.
  • Support financial and quality performance across practice metrics.
  • Listen to practice concerns and relay feedback to managers and leads to identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements

  • Must be a resident of Florida.
  • Graduate of an accredited college or university.
  • 4-6 years of relevant work experience in medical practice management may be accepted in lieu of educational requirements, especially with significant administrative experience in a clinic setting.
  • 3 years of experience using Electronic Health Records (EHR) for clinical or practice management processes.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including public presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Team-building skills.
  • Familiarity with process mapping and workflow analysis tools.
  • Strong computer skills and willingness to learn additional software applications.
  • Ability to travel to practices up to 40% of the year, approximately 1-2 onsite visits per week.
