Description

  • Prepare board presentations, practice communications, and minutes for ACO board meetings.
  • Coordinate ACO retreats, kick-offs, board meetings, and other provider and field team events.
  • Design and implement financial, KPI, and other operational reports using business intelligence and CRM tools.
  • Monitor compliance activities and help ensure operational follow-through.
  • Support the Market President / Executive Director and field team with special projects and data requests.
  • Produce program reporting materials and support communication across the organization.
  • Assist with operational tasks that keep ACO and provider network workflows running smoothly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1 to 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 10-25% of the time as needed.
  • Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
  • Project management process knowledge is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing startup environment.
  • Remote work capability for a remote-first role.
  • Experience working with business intelligence and customer relationship management tools is preferred.
