Description

  • Prepare board presentations, practice communications, and meeting minutes for ACO board meetings.
  • Coordinate ACO retreats, kick-offs, board meetings, and other key events for providers and field teams.
  • Design and implement financial reports and KPI reports using business intelligence and CRM tools.
  • Monitor compliance activities and help track operational follow-through.
  • Support the Market President, Executive Director, and field team with special projects and data requests.
  • Produce program reporting materials and other operational deliverables as needed.
  • Ensure smooth communication across board, leadership, provider, and field team stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree plus 1 to 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience working in or with the healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Knowledge of project management processes is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing startup environment.
  • Comfortable working remotely / from home across U.S. time zones.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Experience using business intelligence tools and customer relationship management tools is helpful.
