Description

  • Manage IT budget planning, execution, control, optimization, and executive reporting.
  • Track spending against budget and produce forecasts and financial reports.
  • Oversee OPEX and CAPEX budget administration for IT operations and projects.
  • Execute end-to-end purchasing processes and coordinate procurement activities.
  • Maintain direct relationships with suppliers to monitor services, deliverables, and contract compliance.
  • Lead contract negotiations and renegotiations to improve costs and commercial terms.
  • Validate invoices against contracted services and agreed commercial conditions.
  • Follow up on purchase orders, billing, and payment control.
  • Identify and mitigate contractual risks.
  • Benchmark market prices and commercial conditions for IT-related services.

Requirements

  • Experience in budget management, planning, control, and optimization.
  • Experience managing IT budgets, including OPEX and CAPEX.
  • Knowledge of technology costs across software licenses, cloud services, infrastructure, support, maintenance, and projects.
  • Understanding of the full budget cycle from planning through reporting.
  • Experience tracking expenses, controlling actuals vs. budget, and building forecasts.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data consolidation.
  • Ability to analyze financial information and turn it into clear, actionable reports.
  • Experience managing purchases and suppliers in an end-to-end process.
  • General knowledge of IT services and working in technology environments.
  • Strong analytical, organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused profile with clear communication skills.
