Description

  • Prepare board presentations, practice communications, and meeting minutes for ACO board meetings.
  • Coordinate key events including ACO retreats, ACO kick-offs, and ACO board meetings for providers and field teams.
  • Design and implement reports such as financial reports and KPIs using business intelligence and customer relationship management tools.
  • Monitor compliance activities and help ensure operational processes are tracked and supported.
  • Support the Market President/Executive Director and field team with special projects, data requests, and program reporting requirements.
  • Serve as an operational point of support for communication across board members, providers, and internal teams.
  • Contribute to day-to-day coordination that keeps the ACO running smoothly.
  • Provide administrative and reporting support in a fast-changing environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree plus 1 to 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Project management process knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing startup environment.
  • Comfort working remotely/from home across US time zones.
  • Experience using business intelligence tools is preferred.
  • Experience with customer relationship management tools is preferred.
