Description

  • Lead and support client software implementations for Sage 100, with a focus on construction industry clients.
  • Guide customers through system configuration, financial workflows, and reporting needs using Sage 100 expertise and construction-specific knowledge.
  • Resolve client questions, track issues, and escalate matters according to company guidelines.
  • Apply Aktion’s implementation methodology to deliver successful client deployments.
  • Communicate proactively with clients and internal team members to support strong customer satisfaction.
  • Support client financial and accounting-related needs throughout the implementation process.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience with Sage 100 ERP software.
  • Demonstrated accounting and financial skills.
  • Prior construction experience preferred, either in a consulting role or in a financial leadership position such as Controller, CFO, Project Accountant, or equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Ability to work from home.
  • Midwest location preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 20–30%.
  • Understanding of implementation support and client-facing consulting work is preferred.
