Description

  • Lead and support client software implementations from start to finish.
  • Resolve customer questions, track issues, and escalate matters according to company guidelines.
  • Use Aktion’s implementation methodology to drive successful client outcomes.
  • Proactively communicate with clients and internal team members to maintain strong customer satisfaction.
  • Support clients throughout the implementation process and help ensure issue resolution.
  • Travel as needed for client work, up to 20-30%.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience with a manufacturing ERP software platform, preferably Acumatica.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Epicor, Infor CSI/SyteLine, or Visual Manufacturing.
  • Industry experience in manufacturing is preferred.
  • Demonstrated accounting and financial skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent work experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work from home in a remote role.
  • Midwest location is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20-30%.
