Description

  • Lead and support client software implementations.
  • Resolve customer questions, track issues, and escalate them according to company guidelines.
  • Follow Aktion's implementation methodology to drive successful client outcomes.
  • Communicate proactively with clients and internal teams to maintain strong customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience with a manufacturing ERP software platform.
  • Experience with Acumatica preferred; Microsoft Dynamics, Epicor, or Infor CSI/SyteLine/Visual also considered.
  • Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated accounting or financial skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Ability to work from home.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20-30%.
  • Mid-west location preferred.
